ROCK N’ ROLL HALL OF FAME: THE CLASS OF 2021

The artists and bands, who will be inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame this year, are: Foo Fighters, The Go-Go’s, Jay-Z, Carole King, Todd Rundgren and Tina TurnerLL Cool JBilly Preston and Randy Rhoads will receive the Musical Excellence Award. KraftwerkGil Scott Heron and Charley Patton will receive the Early Influence Award, and the founder Sussex Records Clarence Avant will be given the Ahmet Ertegun Award.

The induction ceremony will be held at Cleveland, Ohio’s Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse on October 30, 2021. It will be broadcast on HBO Max and streamed on HBO Max.

Chairman John Sykes said: “This is our most diverse class in the history of the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame. It really represents the Hall’s ongoing commitment to honor the artists that have created not only rock and roll, but the sound of youth culture.”

Iron Maiden were on the ballot for induction this year, but didn’t receive enough votes to make the class of 2021.
